Internal HR resourcing and dispatching workflows were largely manual, fragmented across tools, and not built to scale. A structured market evaluation revealed that no existing software solution met the operational and strategic requirements, particularly for real-time dispatching, flexible staffing models, and onboarding external clinics. These limitations created inefficiencies, slowed growth, and prevented YOS Tech from fully realizing its ambition to become a national leader in ambulatory dispatching.

We began with a deep analysis of YOS Tech’s business model, operational workflows, and long-term growth goals. In close collaboration with the client, we evaluated existing market solutions and determined that none could adequately support the complexity and scalability required. As a result, we made the strategic decision to design and build a fully custom software platform tailored to YOS Tech’s specific needs.

Building on this foundation, we designed a scalable dispatching architecture specifically for the ambulatory sector, enabling efficient real-time coordination. In a subsequent phase, external clinics and customers were seamlessly onboarded into the system, unifying all stakeholders within a single dispatching platform. The resulting solution supports rapid iteration, real-time decision-making, and long-term expansion, while integrating smoothly into ongoing operations without disruption.
